Mr. Valipour spearheads the establishment of the Subsidiary’s operations, leveraging his more than 20 years of extensive experience in the construction industry and over 15 years of exposure in management, construction, and supervision of residential, apartment and commercial, office, and villa complexes. Mr. Valipour completed his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Sistan and Baluchestan, Iran, in 2002. In addition, Mr. Valipour earned his Master’s Degree in Civil & Earthquake Engineering at the International Institute of Earthquake Engineering and Seismology in 2011. He went to Azad University Tehran Branch in Iran to finish his PhDs Degree in Civil and Structure Engineering in 2016. With his in-depth knowledge of engineering, he has published 5 research papers about architectural structures and urban developments, evaluation of seismic performance, and consumption of electricity. He acquired several certifications to keep abreast of the latest developments in the engineering sector. While continuing his professional development, he founded the Parent Company in Tehran, Iran, wherein he solidified his leadership, financial and operational skills. Throughout his experience, he became effective and efficient in managing and leading construction project teams on diverse projects.
Mr. Valipour’s active involvement in the construction industry made him knowledgeable in diverse and sophisticated approaches when dealing with the daily challenges in the construction business. Mr. Valipour aims to transfer his knowledge and skills to the Canadian workforce – both the technical and practical aspects of succeeding in the market. As the Subsidiary’s Executive Director, Mr. Valipour be in charge of staff management, business development strategies, and sales and marketing strategies. He implements policies and concrete objectives through effective management and strategic decision-making. Mr. Valipour aims to incorporate new technology and up-to-date trends in service offerings to rise above the competition in the field.
